Norb Lisinski was born in Scarborough, Ontario in 1963. He graduated from Wexford Collegiate School for the Arts in Scarborough and later completed the Graphic Design Program at George Brown College in Toronto.

Lisinski spent many years working as a graphic designer, using his creative skills professionally while raising a family. His commissioned work primarily features automotive subjects and figurative pieces, reflecting both technical precision and a deep appreciation for form and design.

His artwork has been exhibited in a variety of venues, including the Visual Arts Centre in Bowmanville, the Robert McLaughlin Gallery in Oshawa, Station Gallery in Whitby, Erin O'Toole’s Constituency Office Community Art Showcase in Bowmanville, and AJAC’s Art of the Automobile at both the Metro Toronto and Vancouver Convention Centres.

A career highlight came in September 2019, when his piece Tinnitus was awarded Best of Show at the Ontario Shores: Celebrating a Century of Care Juried Art Show. Several of his works have also been published in Quality Point Rating System (QPRS): F1 Grand Prix Racing by the Numbers (1950–2019) by Clyde P. Berryman, published by Dalton Watson Fine Books.

In addition to his fine art practice, Lisinski has produced commercial artwork, including box art illustrations for Round 2 Corporation/AMT, a manufacturer of plastic model kits. His ability to navigate both fine and commercial art showcases a lifelong passion for creativity, craftsmanship, and visual storytelling.
