Shipping policy
We do our best to package all our products so they arrive to you safely. Though we do our best, accidents do happen in transit - please let us know if you have any issues with your products when they arrive to you as soon as possible.
For all artworks with glass the customer assumes any risk of glass breaking - as we recommend for shipping changing it out for Plexi.
All artwork oversized work is custom packed and quoted per shipment we will contact you about any changes needed to make sure pieces arrive in original condition at your door.
RATES:
Custom rates still apply to large artworks or oversized art supplies (ie. paper) - we will be happy to provide a shipping or delivery quote pre- or post-checkout on these items.
Local Delivery:
FREE with orders over $50 within 40km of the gallery, we also offer GTA wide delivery for a small fee.
No Minimum purchase amount for Uxbridge or Port Perry deliveries.

Packages within Canada:
Orders under $150 ship flat rate: $15 +HST
Orders over $150 ship FREE across Canada*
Packages to United States:
$50 cad flat rate - packages are sent via DHL
Duties, tariffs, and import fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
UK and Europe Flat Rate Shipping
We are pleased to offer a flat rate of $30 cad for shipments to the United Kingdom and majority of Europe.
Customer is responsible for any VAT and any applicable customs or handling fees collected by your local courier at time of delivery.
All European orders are final sale. If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid VAT or import fees, the order will be refunded less original shipping costs and a $15 restocking fee.
We are unable to ship Holbein products outside of North America.
Oversized works will be calculated at time of shipping
