About the Exhibition
What is Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG)?
A severe, debilitating pregnancy condition characterized by relentless nausea and vomiting—far beyond standard pregnancy sickness. Despite its serious physical, emotional and social impacts, Hyperemesis Gravidarum remains widely misunderstood.
Co-curated by a grassroots team of local artists and survivors, this exhibition invites the community to step into the stories we don't talk about, and welcomes them to the conversation. Through a moving collection of original artworks, Voices of HG offers a raw, authentic look at the realities of Hyperemesis Gravidarum, survival, maternal strength, and the fight to be heard.
