As a young child, my teachers commented that I naturally had the ability to draw realistically. However, I never thought of pursuing art as a career and no one suggested that I should.

Decades later and in 2019, I attended the open house of the Academy of Realistic Art and my husband randomly suggested that I pursue art because I have the patience for capturing details.

During the 2020 to 2022 years, I enrolled in art classes at the Pallette Art School and the Academy of Realist Art in Toronto.

In the spring, summer, and fall months of 2023 and 2024, I sell my oil paintings at the Stratford Art in the Park. My works reflect the people, places, and things that I have experienced and bring meaning to my life.
