Picasso Letter Press Print by Jacquie Sullivan

After creating a large quote poster early in 2021, Jacquie was inspired to make a series of mini-posters of short quotes that she has found to be personally meaningful.

Each print in this series combines letterpress text with a small linocut image, and they have been printed in two parts: the letter-pressed text first using a hand-set metal type and her small Adana 8x5 printing machine, and the linocut image second using her antique book press. They have been designed to stand alone - small works that can fit in any small office or living space.

But they also look great in combination with a couple grouped together!

Paper Type: Somerset Satin (250 gsm –a heavy, lightly textured, rag cotton traditional fine art paper) with hand-torn edges

*Limited Edition – The reverse side of each print is signed and numbered in pencil by the artist along the bottom edge. There are 10 prints total in this edition.
