"I have been working as a software engineer for most of my career, but the pandemic made me introspect and I needed an outlet. I started painting as a way to express myself, something that isn't entirely possible within the confines of my job. Through my paintings, I am drawn to the portrayal of interior spaces and everyday objects, elements often overlooked in their ordinariness but rich with personal resonance and meaning. I hope that these subjects, mundane at first glance, serve as vessels for the intricate stories and memories that they hold." - Anshul Sharma
