Circle of Friends by Mary Papagogiou

Mary Papageorgiou is a self-taught mixed media and fine arts artist based in Lindsay, Ontario. Her artistic journey began in 2011–2012 while living in Clarington, where she set up a small home studio in Bowmanville. During this time, she began selling her artwork and accepting commissions, while also donating animal-themed paintings to support fundraising initiatives and charities.

In 2025, Mary’s work was featured in Under the Same Sky, the annual juried exhibition at Scugog Arts in Port Perry (August 2 – September 1). She is an active member of the Kawartha Lakes Arts Council (KLAC).

Her ongoing commitment to community causes continues through work such as a recent painting donation for the Seeing Eye Dogs charity auction, organized in partnership with Pet Valu in Lindsay.
